Our products are made of 100% recyclable PVC and produced in one of the most environmentally friendly factories in the footwear industry.

Each pair already contains more than 30% recyclable materials in composition.

Our products are also vegan, with no components of animal origin.

We take our inspiration from the environment and wherever possible we work to protect it.

Here are just some of the ways in which we do this:

- We use only 100% synthetic materials to produce our plastic and thongs (this means they are suitable for vegans too!).

- 99% of any “waste” from the production process is recycled - meaning there is virtually no waste!

- Our Melflex plastic is far more environmentally friendly than rubber as it is recyclable.

- Our Melflex PVD is designed to last far longer than ordinary rubber thongs however should you decide it is time for a new pair they can be recycled.

- We control all of the production process so we can be confident that everything is done properly.

- Our employees are all adults and are treated properly.

Our closed toe baby shoes protect little feet on their first steps. Built to last, Ipanema baby shoes are versatile, durable and stylish. Featuring a cross mesh design to keep air flowing and either elastic or velcro fastening for a secure, adjustable fit.

Kids styles are available in sandals and flip flops for comfort and style no matter their preference. Kids slides pop with bold prints, where flip flops come in a selection of bright colours.

Finding the right fit can be difficult:

• Be sure to measure their feet heel to toe and compare against our size chart
• Their feet grow quickly, those with adjustable straps can be purchased in a larger size if comfortable so they can get the most wear from the style.

Printed flip flops

• Gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
• Remove stains as soon as possible to prevent them setting in
• Air dry out of direct sunlight to preserve print and material quality
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid stacking your printed flip flops on top of each other as this can lead to deformation or wear to the pattern

Glitter flip flops

• Avoid getting wet
• Gently clean the glitter areas with a soft, dry brush.
• Remove stains as soon as possible to prevent them setting in
• Store away from direct sunlight to limit fading or peeling of glitter
• Avoid stacking your glitter flip flops on top of each other as this can lead to deformation and peeling of glitter

Sandals

• Wipe over regularly if dusty
• Rinse muddy sandals in cool water
• Air dry out of direct sunlight

Slides

• Keep your slides fresh with small sprinkle of baking soda on the footbed
• You can also use a scented cloth or a drop of essential oil to boost your mood
• Store in a clean, dry, well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight heat sources and moisture or chemicals
• Avoid stacking your slides on top of each other as this can lead to creases and deformation

Wedges & Platforms

• Wipe over regularly with a damp cloth if dusty
• Store in dry area away from moisture
• Check regularly for cleaning and maintenance until next needed
• Avoid stacking your wedges or platforms as this can lead to deformation

Our team work very quickly so orders placed before 2pm weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

Depending on the delivery service used, this can be 1-5 working days from dispatch.

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number to follow your order through the courier network to delivery window.

Delivery dates are estimates and once the item has left our warehouse we cannot change any delivery details.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are not processed on weekends, meaning any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday (Thursday 2pm cut off for DPD), will begin processing the following business day. Please be mindful of public and bank holidays.

We use Evri Standard and Express, Royal Mail Express Tracked 24 along with DPD next working day delivery.

Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once ready we will send you an email with the tracking number for your parcel.

Transit days start right after the carrier's initial scan from pick up. Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the service chosen.

Our team will do their best to accommodate any request made, but we are unable to guarantee changes to orders once confirmed.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay (on Safari browsers only) You can only use one card on each order, that said you can use both a payment card and a gift card on one order.

Important Mobile Payment Notice

Please ensure that your mobile payment service (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay etc) has the correct shipping address listed when completing the order. This cannot be amended once your order is placed.

It can take up to 24 hours to update once collected from our warehouse.

If your order is delayed please check and allow the allocated time for the service chosen.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check if a neighbour has taken in. Sometimes the courier will be marked as delivered early and will update in 24 hours.

You can return your shoes using the returns portal. Please keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

We are unable to offer exchanges, meaning you can either place a new order straightaway or place an order once the refund has been issued.

Once you have placed your order you have 30 days to complete your return request and return the items to us.

After this time we will be unable to process items for a refund.

To return an item, log into our returns portal and enter order number and product code from your order confirmation email sent to the email address used to make the purchase.

Select the return reason, and enter you contact details.

Then click to proceed generating your shipping label. Enclose your original
Dispatch Note within your parcel.

You can either print out the label at home or use the QR code at the local Post Office where they can print for you. Use the packaging your order came in, be sure to cover the original delivery label.

Be sure to keep your receipt for shipping until your return has been processed.

Your package will be forwarded to our main returns warehouse where it will be processed within 10 business days from receipt.
